Brief & Design
Every project starts with your idea, sketches, or a reference garment. We turn it into a production-ready tech pack: measurements, materials, trims, and construction, before anything is cut.
Stage 01Source & Sample
We source fabric and trims to your fit, feel, and price point, then make first samples and revise the fit until the piece is right. Nothing goes to bulk until you sign off.
Stage 02Produce & Inspect
Your run is cut, sewn, graded across the full size range, and inspected inline and at final against the approved sample. Off-spec pieces do not ship.
Stage 03Finish & Deliver
Custom labels, tags, and packaging are added, and finished goods are packed and delivered on an agreed schedule. Once a style sells, reorders run faster on the spec we already have.
